Jetcraft Names New Chief Operating Officer

Executive VP Peter Antonenko to oversee worldwide corporate operations

February 10, 2014 (Raleigh, NC) – Jetcraft Corporation, the leading broker/dealer in international aircraft sales and acquisitions, today announced the promotion of current Executive Vice President Peter A. Antonenko to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Antonenko, who joined Jetcraft seven years ago, manages Jetcraft’s legal and contracts administration on aircraft transactions and business alliances, in addition to managing general corporate operations. His new position will include a more hands-on role in the company’s international corporate operations, long-term strategic planning and marketing.

“We’re happy that Peter has accepted the position of COO,” said Charles Oliver II, Jetcraft’s Chairman, Founder, and Treasurer. “For years Peter has worn his legal hat, helping guide us to become the world’s largest aviation transaction enterprise. This promotion is a new hat for him, where he’ll be entrusted with an even larger presence within the Jetcraft family. Peter’s proven leadership skills, effective management style, and vast knowledge of the global market make him the right choice to lead us in the years ahead,” Oliver added.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to be even more involved at Jetcraft as we continue to expand around the globe,” said Antonenko. “I’ve seen Jetcraft grow tremendously in my time here, but I also know we cannot afford to rest on our laurels. We have to stay diligent in offering customers strong on the ground coverage, the best service in the industry, and market intelligence that gets deals done. In my new role, I’ll work to ensure that clients benefit from a more local perspective on business aviation sales and continue to get the maximum return on their aviation investments,” Antonenko continued.
