Describe a typical day or week in your role.

I start my day with a lot of telephone calls; ringing around to see who’s selling, what they have, what they mightn’t have, when they might have assets coming up, where the availability is. At the moment, it’s a lot of relationship building so people know who Jetcraft commercial are, what we do, what our goal is and where we want to get to.

Tell us what you enjoy most about your role.

I’m enjoying the diversity. I’m getting to see all sides of the business that I didn’t get to see before. It’s really exciting that I’ve managed to.

Describe what you are most proud of in your professional journey.

To have a family and travel. I’m proud that I’ve been able to do that and still hold a career, and that, that’s a huge achievement for any woman.

Tell us how Jetcraft’s global network of offices and specialists benefit clients.

We have such a diverse crew in Jetcraft commercial that have come from all over. Some from Bombardier and from ATR, and I’ve come from the leasing community. All aspects of what is needed. So, we know the customers from an OEM point of view and a leasing point of view.

Share which aircraft you would buy.

I would buy an ATR because I’ve grown with ATRs over the last 10 years. I know them, I’m comfortable with them. I love flying in an ATR when I travel.

Share a travel essential you couldn’t live without.

I cannot live without my iPhone charger.

Share the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given.

The best piece of advice I was given was by Rose Hines, who was a bit of a mentor to me in GPA. She just taught me to be myself.

Describe what’s most rewarding about working with Jetcraft.

The most rewarding aspect so far for me is, the bond we’ve built within the team. I feel as if I’ve known them for years, but I had never actually met any of them prior to joining, and it’s become a very close bond in a very short time.
