Q&A with Yvonne Kwok

Yvonne Kwok, Accounting/Administrative Officer, Jetcraft Asia

How long have you been at Jetcraft?

I have been working in the Jetcraft Asia office for one year and two months.

What are your responsibilities within the global Jetcraft team?

I am the Accounting/Administrative Officer for the Jetcraft Asia office. My responsibilities within Jetcraft are to provide accounting and administration support to the Asia team. I also assist with coordinating travel plans for anyone on the asia sales team.

Describe a typical day or week in your role.

I spend my typical day preparing accounting reports, payroll, and tax filing to Inland Revenue Department. I work closely with the accounting team in our Headquarters in Raleigh, NC, USA. I also assist with the air-tickets and hotel arrangements for the members of the Asia team since they travel often.

What do you love most about your job?

I love to work for Jetcraft because we work like a family. I enjoy the atmosphere in the office here, and I also love to work with everyone in Jetcraft’s global team.

Describe the company culture at Jetcraft and what it means to you?

Teamwork. We all work together to achieve goals for our customers and to find solutions to difficult situations. Everyone loves the work that they are doing so we have a lot of fun, but everyone also works very hard. We always support each other.

What do you want your customers to experience when dealing with Jetcraft?

We want every customer to feel that we have exceeded his or her expectations. We want them to see that our global network and experienced team of sales and support individuals has proven to be a great asset and has helped them to achieve success.

Happy, Kind, Easy-going

What stands out to you as good customer service?

A relationship with a customer must be centered around trust. We want them to trust that we are looking out for their best interest, that we desire the best possible outcome. Good customer service comes across to the customer as being genuine confident, and patient. We should anticipate the customers needs and try to be prepared for anything that could happen.

Finally, what is your hidden talent or hobby?

I enjoy traveling and seeing new sights, and I enjoy trying new restaurants and new foods. My favorite countries to travel to are Japan and South Korea.
