Becoming part of the Jetcraft family – and realizing the power of the personal touch

Diana Langes-Swarovski, president of WSG Tirol and owner of Tyrolean Jet Services, “wouldn’t work with anyone other than Jetcraft when it comes to buying or selling a jet.”

That’s because a feeling of friendship – or even family – is key to a trusted and successful business relationship for Diana. The type of relationship we’ve developed together through exceptional attention to detail and matching the Speed of her Life.

In 2019, Diana looked to us to sell her family’s Bombardier Global Express. The market was changing rapidly, and Diana wanted the deal done as quickly as possible. She’d met some of the team at industry events and knew that our local aviation expert, Sales Director Massimo Burrotti, combined with our global network, would guarantee the sale’s success. She also knew we’d be on hand to ensure she was fully informed every step of the way.

“I really appreciated the fact that Jetcraft was available to explain every last detail throughout the transaction. Also, everyone who knows me knows I don’t like to wait, which is what I love about Jetcraft – they are fully committed to making things happen quickly.”

And we did just that. We conducted an evaluation of the aircraft, gained the correct documentation, presented a price, put an exclusive agreement in place and secured a Letter of Intent from one of our prime customers outside of Europe – all in just two weeks. Because we have boots on the ground internationally and data backed insight into where demand exists, we ensured the deal ran smoothly, even with the buyer and seller in different parts of the world.

“It’s important that we meet our clients’ precise needs – we know they have investments in buying and selling aircraft and we’re aware circumstances can change quickly. Making deals happen faster than anyone else is key to our approach,” says Massimo.

It’s also an approach built on genuine trust. And it’s why Diana describes Jetcraft as “part of my family now”.
